Rails Restaurant is a privately owned family restaurant, run by Chef Matthew De Luca & managed by his partner Lauren Inch. located on the corner of station st. and coronation st. hornsby, it's just a short walk from hornsby train station. Matthew brings with him a wealth of culinary experience, knowledge & creative flair having worked in various leading restaurants around Sydney including The Watermark, Balmoral. After five years as Executive Chef for the V Group Hotels, Matthew has opened his own restaurant. Rails provides a seasonal menu featuring Modern Australian Cuisine using only the freshest produce & ingredients.
